In the face of the pandemic we are currently experiencing and quarantine, there are many people suffering from the new reality of daily life, some: for being confined at home, for not having financial security, some even for having already lost their job. Many people also feel stressed since before the line was clear between work and home. however now telework is now more and more common.
This series aims to help everyone to find well-being and calm in these times and to be able to polish some areas in our life where we can improve our mental state in a global way!
